TOTEM ACCEPTED AS MEMBER OF THE PRESTIGIOUS TELECOMMUNICATIONS UK FRAUD FORUM (TUFF)

Manchester, UK, 11/07/05 - Totem, the UK's leading provider of inbound call handling solutions, announced today that it has been accepted as a full member of the Telecommunications UK Fraud Forum (TUFF).

TUFF is a forum for the exchange of information and the promotion of a united effort against telecommunications fraud. To become a member of the forum, companies have to apply and are only accepted with the approval of the Board of Directors.
