TOTEM PARTNER WITH IDN TELECOM
Manchester, UK, 12/10/04 - Totem Communications, the UK's leading provider of inbound call handling solutions today announced their partnership with IDN Telecom.
IDN Telecom provide telecommunication services for voice, mobile and data communications services and advice were looking for a partner to support the inbound voice element of their offering. In April 2004 IDN approached Totem to see how they could support their business model.
