Totem's Call Queue solution ensures your customer will never receive an engaged tone.
Call Queue welcomes the caller, which means that the call will be answered immediately. The system then dials across to the call centre until all of the lines are full. When the Call Centre is full our systems detect this and stacks the calls. As a line becomes available, we present another call across. Whilst calls are stacked, we play music & marketing messages to the caller to keep them on the line.
One of the key benefits is you can facilitate more calls, which could mean increased orders and increased revenue from call minutes*. Your customer will never receive an engaged tone as they are captured in the queue immediately, making them feel valued.
You can use the queue messages to inform your customers of news, new product launches, marketing messages, alternative contact methods...while they wait.
Finally, the queue sits on Totem's network, removing strain from their telecoms infrastructure.
